A successful floor starts with proper surface preparation. Whether your’e installing epoxy flooring, polished concrete, resin coatings, tile, or vinyl, the condition of the concrete determines the quality and longevity of the finished floor.
We use professional diamond grinding machines, we mechanically remove surface imperfections, contaminants, old coatings, adhesives, paint, and weak uneven concrete to create a flatter, sound surface.
Refining the surface with progressively finer grits to achieve the desired level of sheen. This is the stage between grinding and polishing, where the surface is refined using progressively finer diamond abrasives. This removes the scratches left by the coarse grinding, smooths the concrete, and prepares it for final polishing stages.
Applying a final polish to enhance the shine and applying a protective sealer for durability.
